I play Bass and acoustic guitar and have worked on the technical side for some of the local musicians. I enjoy the creative process and collaboration with other artists, which has led me to turning most of my lyrics into verse and prose. I’m currently a member of the Yahoo group “The Bloody Poets Society” and post under the pseudonym of Erick Von Kloud. I also met with a small group every other week to expand my understanding of the different forms of poetry and share our work. She engages in a lot of Slam Poetry and Spoken Word competitions also other venues such as the Black Expo, The Moja Arts Festival, & an array of other poetry contest. Although she is not old enough yet to compete for cash prizes in LJ's or Club Good Times for Wind Down Wed., she will hopefully perform at East Bay Coffee House or Kudu Coffee.
